Job Responsibilities:
• Lead overall execution of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to project engineers, senior engineers, and site teams.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Monitor contractors, consultants, and vendors for performance and compliance with project specifications.
• Establish and enforce construction quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance across projects.
• Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, estimates, and execution plans.
• Resolve critical technical and site-related challenges with effective solutions.
• Coordinate with top management, architects, consultants, and government authorities for project clearances and approvals.
• Drive cost control, risk management, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams to build strong execution capabilities.
