What you’ll drive:
🔹 Prepare, monitor and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
🔹 Track actual progress against the approved plan and identify delays
🔹 Develop mitigation and recovery plans for schedule slippages
🔹 Coordinate with Site, Design, Procurement and other stakeholders
🔹 Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations
🔹 Support baseline planning, look-ahead planning and resource forecasting
🔹 Support cash-flow and procurement planning
🔹 Drive schedule discipline and ensure timely project delivery
What we’re looking for:
📐 5-7 years of relevant experience
🏗️ Experience with a real estate developer / PMC preferred
💻 Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
📊 Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills
🏢 Experience in high-rise residential / commercial projects will be an advantage
